Final EOC; Distribution

Exclusive distribution: Rolex sells its watches exclusively through only a handful of authorized dealers in any given market. Such limited distribution enhances the brand’s image and generates stronger retailer support.

the way that way we will do distribution of my product Simply Vodka is to get it out everywhere will start making it in Alaska testing the Sitka water to make sure it the best cold and pure water for the vodka. then by everyone in Sitka trying it and having a vodka contest to see what vodka is the best in Sitka and hope our vodka wins. by word of mouth and everyone looking at the facebook  page we will get it in everywhere. I want everyone to be able to try it and know the taste of Simply Vodka the citrus and spices and let it be the only vodka they want to drink to relax with. it will be intensive distribution we are trying to get it everywhere possible so it can be found.

Selective distribution
The use of more than one, but fewer than all, of the intermediaries who are willing to carry the company’s products.

Final EOC:Product

Business analysis
A review of the sales, costs, and profit projections for a new product to find out whether these factors satisfy the company’s objectives.

As far as the product goes for Simply Vodka we are only sales of it were only going to have that one vodka so there not going to be a whole bunch of things that will be Simply with the name on it. it  wont be chairs, tables, shoes, books, it will be just the vodka that's it. we need to see if the people will like the product I want the bottle to be clear with brown letters a stem of a tree going up the bottle to the letters the vodka orange ginger spice smell to make it feel like Christmas and relaxing when you drink it.

Product Development
So far, for many new-product concepts, the product may have existed only as a word description, a drawing, or perhaps a crude mock-up. If the product concept passes the business test, it moves into product development. Here, R&D or engineering develops the product concept into a physical product. The product development step, however, now calls for a large jump in investment. It will show whether the product idea can be turned into a workable product.

Final EOC; Promotion

Sales promotion tools are used by most organizations, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and not-for-profit institutions. They are targeted toward final buyers (consumer promotions), retailers and wholesalers (trade promotions), business customers (business promotions), and members of the sales force (sales force promotions).

Promotion for Simply Vodka is to get in the magazines mostly in the food section or section with family relaxing and the dad watch the kids play or the wife watching the dad outside cleaning the house it. let it be like how morning coffee feels in the morning a good feeling. put  in newspapers, website, face book page,  twitter, anything that can let Simply Vodka be seen were going to do it so it will be known in the world. word of mouth anything to help it be known use commercials with guy coming from work to there family and sit in there favorite chair and get a glass of Simply Vodka thinking this is life and now he relax from all the chaos of the day and nothing make it better then Simply Vodka. Put it in res truants and serve it as special with one of the best

Final EOC; Control

Because many surprises occur during the implementation of marketing plans, marketers must practice constant marketing control—evaluating the results of marketing strategies and plans and taking corrective action to ensure that objectives are attained. Marketing control involves four steps. Management first sets specific marketing goals.

Because of all the surprise in the world with business going up and down and figuring out where to go in the market we have to learn how to control the company and keep things stable and be ready for anything that comes our way. if things break fix them, problems come make them better or work around them. like they say Rome wasn't built in a day so it going to take time to get everything right. set goals and get to them.

Marketing control
The process of measuring and evaluating the results of marketing strategies and plans and taking corrective action to ensure that objectives are achieved.

Final EOC; Price

With promotional pricing, companies will temporarily price their products below list price and sometimes even below cost to create buying excitement and urgency.

the price for Simply Vodka will be 30 dollars in stores and won't cost that much to make. the way we will get it out to the pubic is to put in stores, restaurants, liquor stores as we'll as food stores. supply it buy train, trucks, and planes any way we can get it out to the world so it will be known beside just in Alaska. we will make a deal with the people to work on helping us get the vodka out the state and into other places and countries. I was thinking of maybe having a big party to show off the vodka and see how the people react to it and it be free to drink just to try at the party and know what it taste like before we put it in stores and everything.

A company also must decide how to price its products for customers located in different parts of the country or world. Should the company risk losing the business of more-distant customers by charging them higher prices to cover the higher shipping costs? Or should the company charge all customers the same prices regardless of location? We will look at five geographical pricing strategies for the following hypothetical situation:

The way that we will look at the pricing on ho we give to other places like California or New York we would have to see how much the shipping is for there and figure how to get it out there to the people in the other states and talk to the main people we have to talk to.

Final EOC: Marketing Strategy

standardized global marketing, using largely the same marketing strategy approaches and marketing mix worldwide. At the other extreme is adapted global marketing. In this case, the producer adjusts the marketing strategy and mix elements to each target market, bearing more costs but hoping for a larger market share and return.

the marketing strategy for simply Vodka will be broken up into all parts, the price, sending to people and making the product and getting out to the people. by using the mix and hitting each target market bearing more cost to get into a better market share in return.

In addition to marketing intelligence information about general consumer, competitor, and marketplace happenings, marketers often need formal studies that provide customer and market insights for specific marketing situations and decisions. For example, Budweiser wants to know what appeals will be most effective in its Super Bowl advertising.

We would try to get a super bowl spot in the commerical to see how the people will like or dislike the vodka and the personality of it

Final EOC:SWOT

The SWOT for Simply Voka is that out tManaging the marketing function begins with a complete analysis of the company’s situation. The marketer should conduct a SWOT analysis, by which it evaluates the company’s overall strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T) hreat

The stength of Simply voka is were not trying be like everyone else. We don't want to have all these different flavors or different kinds of the voka that is being sold by us. it just going to be that one voka. the opportunity that we have is just to be a simple voka brand and be sold everywhere and work to be better then all the other voka's in the world out there.

Through strategic planning, the company decides what it wants to do with each business unit. Marketing planning involves deciding on marketing strategies that will help the company attain its overall strategic objectives.

We are deciding on start sales localy in where the voka is first made in Alaska then by word of mouth and getting a website together, also a facebook page to start getting our name out there as a voka brand. We want to be known for or one of a kind  taste and the pure cold water of the voka so that when bought that it is the best serve cold.

If there had to be a weakness of the Simply brand is that it might be just to simple with having just one flavor or not many different flavors or coming out with differnet flavors or anything like that word of mouth may or may not work but all we can do is try.
