Final EOC; Control

Because many surprises occur during the implementation of marketing plans, marketers must practice constant marketing control—evaluating the results of marketing strategies and plans and taking corrective action to ensure that objectives are attained. Marketing control involves four steps. Management first sets specific marketing goals.

Because of all the surprise in the world with business going up and down and figuring out where to go in the market we have to learn how to control the company and keep things stable and be ready for anything that comes our way. if things break fix them, problems come make them better or work around them. like they say Rome wasn't built in a day so it going to take time to get everything right. set goals and get to them.
